Re: ARC Magic Thread!!
Something is wrong with me…I love spare parts!
Was sent two badges for price of one along with free ARC patch. Salvaged badge from junked HR32 (RB20DET RWD 2WS R32) intercooler.
Spare parts swap:
ARC/Top Secret
ARC/JUN
ARC/Border
ARC/FEEL’S
Salvaged junked GDB STI radiator for these two stickers.

Re: ARC Magic Thread!!
Retrofitted Z33 oil catch tank combination & EVO IV–IX titanium heat shield plate. Carbing oil catch bracket was used to install Z33 & SPAL fan brackets were modified for heat shield. Anodized heat shield deep bronze to match Toda header; will do blurple later. Waiting on a can of 3M spray adhesive for radiator stickers. I wonder what other ARC parts will fit with some finesse. Titanium/Custom all the things?

Re: ARC Magic Thread!!
Bathtub full of diluted baking soda + DC regulator (120v @ 1amp) = DIY anodize. Hood & radiator stay both got up to 110v resulting in teal green/magenta pink. Larger surface area of tower bars & heat shield had slow climb to 27v.
Therefore, I decided on pale blue for Cusco & blue ends with purple/bronze for Refil. I anodized heat shield twice: I did not want a uniform color so I polished the center after first full purple; this allowed edges to reach blue/sky blue.
Just scored a green medallion. Hmmm, the choices.

Re: ARC Magic Thread!!
Titanium & stainless steel EVO IV-IX plug cover. Going to retrofit one of them.
FD3S RX7 titanium under brace. Need to restore sticker, anodize bar & find suitable location for install.
Can’t find anything on this part but here is an example from another owner.
http://minkara.carview.co.jp/car/maz...7538033"=
Another 1st gen oil cap joins the horde: 2 Mazdas, 2 Toyotas, 1 Mitsubishi, 1 Nissan/Honda along with Mazda type A & reserve tank cap.
Which is most rare?
Final Audio Design Lab 1
Columnar with logo
Mugen wood
Origin with neck
Thanks to a rare parts connoisseur for columnar, Enjoy yours as well!
Stickers, stickers & more stickers. Intake box stickers salvaged from junked boxes.
Couple more cool fins along with can of Super 77 for restoring stickers.
Winglet stickers easily removed from junked intake chambers but nigh impossible to find new.
Product of ARC Brazing stickers were plucked from ARC air flaps.
There are 18 mediums trapped underneath.

Re: ARC Magic Thread!!
Since ARC has close ties to Endless & there isn’t a dedicated Endless thread, going to post them here.
3 out of 4 race queen straps. Got #1 with brake kit. Need #2, which I probably will never find new.
Chronographs #1 & #2. I most likely won’t find #3 white face new either.
Various goodies:
Air valve caps
Wristbands
Lanyards
Carabiners with rubber straps
Hologram panthers
Caliper rebuild kit. Time for overhaul one of these days.
Rear brake lines to match fronts; been using Earl’s since 2002.
2x the goodies:
Umbrellas
Towels
Work suits
Bought inch-up brake kit in silver alumite around June 2004. Hi-temp blued the logo.
Endless steering wheels by ATC? BNIB, they actually have boxes.

Re: ARC Magic Thread!!
Time to anodize! This time with kitchen sink.
Aluminum foil as cathode
Spatula for mixing baking soda
Duct tape for total seal
Titanium rod to anode extension
Managed to get up to gold/yellow with peach/pink on left side. Was trying for green but brushed surface is very difficult to reach 110v. I am going to reanodize heat shield to try for gold/green.
ARC titanium rear seat brace/cross bar?. Bolted to rear seat gussets.

Re: ARC Magic Thread!!
Thank you gentlemen for the comments. Here are some more!
Spark cover also not done yet, currently awaiting carbon fiber template from UK. Provides sturdy base for titanium & flush as possible fitment.
Finally got Type A in gold for Honda with another 1st gen medallion. I noticed it was slightly larger than blue one, took out caliper & discovered the differences. Seems there were 2 versions of Type A oil caps!
Zenki Type As: 66mm wide with M6 bolts, knurled circumferences flatter/smoother & these are heavier due to unmilled centers (area under medallion). Sold with plastic bags.
Kouki Type As: 63mm wide with M5 bolts, knurled circumferences much rougher & these are lighter due to milled centers. Sold with boxes & key chain tools only works on them.
http://www.jdmautolink.net/search?q=arc+oil+cap for pictures of bagged zenkis. Nearly all pictures on internet show koukis. There was a blue zenki sold on EVO forums few years back. See if you can spot the differences via google search.
DC2 intake box & intake chambers. Spare junky chamber to polish or brush. Will try brushing with hand sander to emulate original finish.
R34 cooling plate & EVO heat shield. Need to test fit & see if I can replicate Carbing shape. EVO spare to experiment with voltages, I like the blurple. The spare will try to reach green/teal/magenta/pink.
Got another chronograph watch, this time used but still in great condition. 3 tabs were already removed but fits just right. 2 old brake pad decals & 2003 catalog. Let’s take a look at goods pages. Race queen straps, watches & there were Zippos too! Need that white face & last queen pose.
