I know there are a lot of threads about wire tucks and bay shaving, but none of them really explain anything.
THIS IS NOT A THREAD TO COME AND WHORE PICS OF YOUR TUCK/SHAVE! Your more than welcome to post a pic with your explanation but please include well-written, useful info for all of HT to use. Main points of focus are: - tucking headlight harnesses - tucking passenger/drivers side harnesses - what holes to use to run the harnesses - relocating fusebox - relocating battery Other explanations can include: - relocating the prop valve and lines - what holes to shave and what holes not to shave Any other info is appreciated too. Let's get these bays cleaned up ladies and gentleman.

a tuck is pretty straight forward, just be creative!
almost everything has been answered before in all of the like 50 threads. the new shaved bay thread has almost anything you can need to know. there really IS NOT one correct way to run the wiring, or one way place to put anything, really what it all boils down to is creativity.

There is a more appropriate thread in the Appearance/Cosmetic forum:
http://www.honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1693934 This forum is for "tech" related topics.

Suspension, turbo, N/A questions in here are tech questions relating to the 92-00 Civic / Del Sol only. Whereas, the Suspension, Forced Induction and All Motor forums are for those theories only (applying to all cars).

This is exactly what I didn't want to happen... useless babble.
I know there are a ton of tuck discussions and what have you, but who feels like looking through 60+ pages to find one thing. I am part of the newest thread, its a good thread but is extremely cluttered. At one point in the thread, users are talking about one mans fetish for bj's from underage woman. Hardly useful content when trying to tuck your honda. I wanted to get all the useful information into this thread and then hopefully have it stickied. Also, most of the threads lean towards EF's and EG's. The title clearly states EK's. for the lock.Modified by i heart honda at 6:36 PM 9/26/2006 |
