DLC connector location in Honda Odyssey

Hi there ... i have a imported Honda Odyssey from Singapore, year 1999, but i can not find the, according to me mandatory, DLC connector in the car.
I have looked anywhere ..... please give me a clue .....

Thanks for your reply guys .. appreciate it ... but i looked every wthere but no connector .....

is it possible because it is a Singapore car they don't install it ??? I think i have to go to a dealer here in NZ ...he will know ..(i think ...)

on my 2005 odyssey it's directly above the driver's feet.
