Re: how to replace wheel bearing?
Those press's work great with only one downfall... They sway a little. There is some slot at the bolted areas. I welded mine solid and I love it more. Still a great press for the money

Not exactly... People are just saying that you need a press over and over... This isn't true at all. I made a Write Up a few years ago that shows how you do NOT need a press...

Also, why bump a useless thread?

Re: how to replace wheel bearing?
Because information goes stale. And people still need to replace their wheel bearings or remove their front hubs. I found this thread by Googling for "CRX front wheel hub removal". It is nice to be able to navigate to the info, even through "useless" threads such as this.
As an aside, your link is dead: http://www.ht-archive.org/showthread.php?t=2685054
And Willard's original apparently great writeup also seems to be missing.

Re: how to replace wheel bearing?
Replacing a car wheel bearing is not easy, as it requires appropriate tools and skills to do so. There are few stuffs that you will require:
• Of course a new bearing
• Jack and a pair of jack stands
• Bearing grease
• Wrench and Channel locks
• BFH and lots of rags.
• Wheel blocks and cotton pin
To know the stepwise detail of replacing car wheel bearing you can refer DIY Wheel Bearing Replacement: Removing the Old Wheel Bearing that will help you out in the right direction.
