Getting fireworks in Chinatown (Los Angeles)

I'm rolling up to Chinatown in Los Angeles in hopes to find someone selling fireworks. I know fireworks are illegal in CA, so how do I go about finding someone slanging fireworks in Chinatown? It's my first time going to Chinatown.

As long as they're not: Firecrackers, skyrockets, rockets, roman candles, chasers, sparklers over 10”or ¼ diameter, surprise items, friction items, torpedoes, items resembling food, fireworks containing arsenic, phosphorus, thiocyanates magnesium (magnesium alloys permitted), mercury salts, picrates or picric acid, gallates or gallic acid, chlorates, (except those of alkali or earth metals), boron, titanium (except larger than 100 mesh), zirconium, gunpowder, and fireworks kits.

That's like everything basically

i bought some fireworks (illegal kind) from a icecream truck in downtown la one time. he didnt have a good selection or anything but it was pretty cool none the less

I know where to get firecrackers in Chinatown.

From what i bought were: Roman Candles, The machine gun sounding ****'s, sparklers, smoke bombs, Little Bottle Rockets, Medium sized bottle rockets, Stink bombs, Fart Bag?, and 6 for $1 snapper/poppers.

But If your going to go to Chinatown get a sword! lmao

if thats you in your avatar.. its going to be hard. we dont really sell fireworks to people we dont know. before they use to stand in the street and hustle cars but its hot now. white(well, non-asian) people come up to us all the time and ask for fire works,... just look em over and be like nah sorry dont got none hahah

i feel bad i wish i could but for my own safety. btw this is a few years ago and in norcal so socal might be different. best to find an asian friend to help you buy it. or just look like a dumass tourist

If you want to get fireworks in Chiatown, all you have to do is go to the swapmeet there and target the stores that sell luggage.
