Will ITB's clear hood with a K20/K24 motor in a EK?

I am still curious...a K20 head with K24 block and TWM ITB's: Will this combination in a "EK" clear the hood?
*I know a K20 with TWM ITB's will clear "EK" hood for sure. I know that for a fact. But with K24 bottom end, it makes the whole motor an inch taller correct?
