Looks good! Now blur your plates out in the picture so when you wake up tomorrow your car is still in your driveway.

got rid of the other pic w/ my plate # whoops

and yes i bead blasted the fat fives and then washed them w/ lacqer thinner dried them sprayed them w/ dupli-color silver only 2 coats so you could still see the finish under the paint then i cleared them

and yes yes i know its an ls tranny but thats the reason i got this swap
ok this is what happened
it was for sale on ebay for 3500 as a gsr swap w/ no axels linkage or mounts

plus shipping

so i email the guy and say this

me:when this dosent sell and you still want to get rid of it let me know ill give you 2300 and meet you to pick it up

him:I'd like to get atleast 3000 out of it to cover the loan for it. If thats too much, then maybe we can negoiate something else. Let me know what you think.

me:well if you look around even on here they are going for 2800 shipped to my door step.....and are you sure its a 94-95 motor bc it has a vin plate on the tranny lmk

him:They may be going that low, but does that include the computer system and harness? The computer and harness alone were over $1500. And im sure it is because my mechanic ran the vin numbers. So if its not, then i got screwed from the beginning.

me:sir you dont know... if you paid 1500 for harness and ecu (computer) you got ripped... the ecu is a p72 if you look at the # in the side of the ecu it says p72 in the middle of all the #'s ... that is worth tops 200 dollars and the harness i can get for 120. so no my friend that stuff isnt worth 1500 dollars. like i said WHEN it dosent sell let me know we can work something out .. thanks
-Jamison

him:I guess you were right, it didnt sell. Now about the price. I'd like to get $3000 for everything included, that way i could cover most of the loan on the engine. If thats too high, lemme know and we can find a number that works. You can get ahold of me at 1********** or ****_*****@hotmail.com. Thanx

me:you said you would sell for 2500 in another message now you are saying 3000. ?? if you are going to sell for around 2500 im interested at 3000 im not let me know

him:Where at in pa do u live and how far from Cumberland? Because if u can settle at $2500 ill drive it to ur house personally.

me:well as you can see, your motor didnt sell. i was sure it wasnt going to. now that you are willing to sell for a much more reasonable price i am interested. how much of a hurry are you to sell??. i am willing to meet you some where to pick up. cumberland is right around 4 hours away from me . it is the half way point between here and west virginia. i have family there. so i would be willing to meet you as soon as i got paid for a motor i am selling at the moment . if you are willing to wait a few days i will contact you and arrange something . thank you
-Jamison
you can contact me at my cell... 1 **********
or
email... crvtec_b20b_integra@yahoo.com
thanks again...

me:hey do you think you could get me a few pics?i want 1 of the green vin plate and just to the right of that it should say b18c1 or just b18c . that would be appreciated thanks.
-jamison....
email crvtec_b20b_integra@yahoo.com

then he sends me this

Hey. Sorry about some of the picks, where the engine was sitting made it hard to get a good look. But it does say B18C on it. The vin number was hard to focus in on but its: JH4DC43501S002925. Hopefully this is all you needed. If theres anything else just let me know. Thanks.

-Johnny

so i ran the # through carfax and it is a 2001 ls tranny so i called him and

hey that tranny is an ls tranny i ran the vin

he says well that because the people he bought it off from said ls tranny was better for boost b/c I planned on boosting it .

and if you saw before it said my mechanic got the harness and ecu according to the vin #

so i tell him well that means u have the wrong harness and ecu so this swaps value is getting smaller and smaller
at this point i ask him if he is interested in any trades and he says what kind and i say my 17 inch wheels and i send him some pics and he says he likes soo
he goes how about 1000 dollars and your wheels ... im like umm ok btw i had about 450 into those wheels

we find a meeting point and we meet up swap stuff i drive down the road get out b/c he gave me the motor and a box of shit . it already had mounts on it and a wiring harness and in the box is a brand new unopened ecu which was a p72 in the package from honda. and a wiring harness to convert a da integra to obd1 i found 2 recipts totaling over 5k one bad thing was that the harness was rhd . and the motor was from japan direct w/ only 35 k on it and claen as shit but needless to say an ls tranny isnt so bad for what i paid right..

Holy shit, nice tranformation man! The car is looking clean

I'm in PA, hopefully I can find a good deal like this when I have some extra cash this summer.

And about the shitty roads around here, I feel ya. My car is pretty low and I always fear my front lip getting cracked, haha.
