Default Misfire at idle

How should I go about diagnosing this?

I pulled the codes myself and got a cylinder 1,3,4 misfire

I've changed my spark plugs, wires, valve cover gasket, and sparkplug seals.

Also the CEL blinks when idle sometimes and stops flashing when the car is above 2000rpms

This is what my exhaust sounds like

Have you run a compression test? Because that sure sounds like a connecting rod slap to me.

are the wires on the distributor cap correctly?
do a valve lash adjustment?
compression test?
check timing belt?
fuel injector wiring?

the wires are secure, I havent been able to get a compression test yet but im going to get that done asap

also, i forgot to mention that in the lower rpms, when i start adding a bit of gas i can feel the car slowly speed up in surges. doesnt feel smooth as its supposed to

It always cracks me up when someone says the CEL light blinks but then proceeds to wonder how to find out what the problem is.

I guess to some people when the CEL blinks it does that just for the hell of it. It has nothing to do with their problem(s).

If your saying I didn't pull the codes.. I did.. I have random misfires in cylinders 1,3, and 4.

I didn't mean are the wires on the cap securely, I meant are the wires on the cap in the correct locations?? people often put them on in the wrong locations which causes multiple cyls to not fire.

wtf, misfire is the least of your problems. you need to do a compression test asap. that sounds like valves slapping.

Got the compression test done and my numbers are

#1 195
#2 183
#3 38
#4 200

Third cylinder wet compression test got 50. Could it be I have a burnt valve?

Yeah I made sure they are on the right spot. Could my misfire be coming from my valves?

my guess would be something to do with that 3rd cylinder probaly bad rings or a cracked piston my friend had that on a d series did the same thing but if it was me id pull the motor and replace the block there usually cheaper then buying pistons and the machine work and rod bearings and all that stuff you dont wanna have to do but the low compression would feel like amisfire and a loss in power
