I beg to differ Mr P sir.........but a 94 accord stereo fuses go as follow
underhood fuse box # 36 15 amps
underhood fuse box # 39 7.5 amps
under dash fuse box # 11 10 amps
Got those form the 1994 accord ETM

You may be correct, maybe not. I grabbed a manual w/out a cover, turned out to be my '97. Let me confirm (or correct) what I said - be back
** as far as I can tell, I can't see any difference between 94-95 and 96-97 underhood boxes. Both have 24 fuse bays, 4 Master Fuses, and 4 Relays- same layout
I'm correct, '94-97 fuse boxes are interchangable

1 wire is for memory......... the remaning 2 , power the cig liter relay..you will get no power to stereo unless cig liter relay is energized , the fuse under dash has power at 1 side of relay , ,, underdash fuse # 36 powers the other side of relay ... if under dash fuse is blown it cannot energize the relay thus the wire from fuse # 36 will not get power at the other side of the relay and cannot power the stereo..
like i said ,i saw the diagrtam in the 94 accord Honda ETM ,,
if the underdash fuse # 11 or underhood fuse # 36 are blown stereo will not work
