Belt squeal during idle warmup...

Belt squeal during idle warmup...
My parents 03 Odyssey has a problem during idle warmup with one of the A/C belts squealing. The A/C is on during this time and happens with the compressor on and off. After driving the car about 5 minutes or so the squeal goes away and everything sounds normal. Is the belt tension too loose? Anyone have any idea on how to troubleshoot this?
