Default how do I break lock tight?????

I have a motor mount screw on my r/c car that is held in by lock tight. I have already stripped the screw very bad. The only thing that I can think of that is holding this one screw in so tightly is becauseof the lock tight. What can i do to make the lock tight break free, so I can get the screw out???? Thanks.

Heat it up, use vice grips. Unless you accidently knock the top of the screw off, there is never a time when this won't work. Click the image to open in full size.
