Bought a 2002 Honda accord EX with a In-Dash CD changer from a non-honda dealer. After reput in audio code, radio is working fine but CD changer lost function. no CD message showed up on LCD, and when I push CD bottom, no any response. tried to push and hold LOAD for more than 1 minute, nothing happened. I also could not put disc into at all. Please help me out. Is it posible to fix it myself? Thanks for any advice.

Tkanks Sony224422. Yes, radio is OK. I guss the power could come to the unit, but CD changer did not come on. it should show numbers with CD symbles on display. When radio is on, I puss CD button, no response. then push LOAD and hold, nothing happened. I checked fuse box under dash on passenger side, I only could see a fuse for radio. did not find any one for CD changer, at least nowhere can find "CD changer" on fuse board. I just wonder if CD changer share a fuse with radio or there is another one for CD changer? how to find it. I read through the manual come with this car and could not find any information about fuse for CD changer. Thanks for any advice.

i couldn't be the fuse, if the fuse is blew, you can't even get it powered on.
dude, sounds like they sold you a bad cd changer. the one in my 6th gen is kinda weak also, they stop playing copy disc after a while and before i know it, it just stop playing anything at all. the all in one in dash cd changer is one unit, there's no exterior wairing to another module/changer in trunk. like i said, the thing is probably bad before you buy it
