yes seafoam is a product you can use to reduce carbon build up and help other things as well. there are write ups on here about it. i have used this on my smoking Si and it reduced it quite a bit. next time search

you didn't understand my question. i meant what is the perfered method ... byuing an engine flush or seafoam.
