Hope this isnt a repost..132 cars impounded and 200 tickets given out..

It depends..Alot of the cars down there had no paper work and lots of stolen stuff.So those people are most likely never going to see their cars again,,.But my friend had his bubble towed for just being there and he had over 10k of work under the hood and and he cant afford to get it out of the impound,,Plus they gave out so many tickets..

we had something like this happen to me and my friend the first time we ever went to the street races back in 2000. The cops blocked off a parking lot with about 80 ricers. We were on a bone stock s14 so we just paked the car at next to a motel and walked away. Then 4 hours later came back and they were still giving out some tickets. It was a long night.

... how many of you saying "expletive yea for the cops" go to events like this on a regular basis or even occassionally? how would you feel if you were just standing there watching and they impounded your car.. i bet you wouldn't be sayin the same thing.

and for the record, i've only gone once and i got a ticket for speeding, and i'll never go again to street races.
