i actually have authentic jdm headlights on my 96 v6 and i have a Oem Nissan Kit with philips d2r(gonna be modded to d2s) w/ casper shields and the cutoff is the best ive seen with reflector housings, so im pretty proud about that.
Of course its not nearly as great at projectors and it does have the stock hotspots a bit, but my goal was to keep it stock until i turn on my lights. So i believe I accomplished what I set out for. I will post pics asap.

Please do. I'd like to see this......I DIY'd my stock headlights to black housing status and would like to see how you accomplished using the reflector housings....

here are a few pics in my driveway, so better ones will come once im done with it, and as of right now im not. it does seem like the beam is centered, but believe me it lights up a lot in front of me, the picture seems that way because everything is close to the beam. also the bulbs are not yet colorshifted, 4100k. so here

it's when you install parts from another car into existing parts of your car...in this case, it's installing the projectors of a car equipped with hid's from the factory into the accord headlamp housings...and then connecting all the propper hid ballasts and bulbs along with it...you'll find that the oem projectors are better than almost every aftermarket projector on the market...
