super rough grit, an electric palm sander, and about 2-2.5 hours, just sanding off everything, the "H", "honda motor co" and "dohc vtec". then another 2 doing the valve cover itself, then I wrinkle blacked it. I love it, but my car blows, hahaha. good luck with doing it
edit: also, be careful tightening the bolts back on, the 4 outers, they snap easy, I did it, and a new bolt cost 7 bucks at honda
super rough grit, an electric palm sander, and about 2-2.5 hours, just sanding off everything, the "H", "honda motor co" and "dohc vtec". then another 2 doing the valve cover itself, then I wrinkle blacked it. I love it, but my car blows, hahaha. good luck with doing it

Nice Covers, really liking that ones with the skull on, and im diggin white covers in white cars.
im looking for some insipration for my D-series cover, post em some Pics.
Can you use normal paint over high Temp paint? also do some of you use laquer on them? do you need high Temp laquer?
