Default how to clean transmission case?

my trannsmission has all sorts of grime and greese on it, and i have it off, so i was wondering what i could use to clean it up without damaging anything

Coat it with simple green or degreaser and then let sit and then spray with pressure washer... Make sure to plug up the holes! Click the image to open in full size.

Simply use GUNK engine degreaser, let it sit and hose it off. Scrub if its really bad.
