Touge Monsta

I just bought a used Recaro Speed reclinable seat and it came with the Recaro rails, and don't I need brackets and sliders? Sorry for the noob question but this is my first time buying an aftermarket seat. I've done a little bit of research and I found alot of sliders, but no brackets, do people custom made these or what?
