Looks like you put a lot of work into that write up! I hope it is helpful for some.
I forgot how much stuff there is to install when doing a turbo
It's been a while since I installed my turbo stuff, but it took me 4 days working by myself, but I had to fabricate the charge pipes and downpipe too.

yea my oil pickup is fucked up, i think when i bought the swap, it'd got crushed somehow and no one told me!
I changed it before i put everything back together

gotta question though. Did you look into the end of the down pipe to see how far into thepipe the o2 sensor is sitting? It looks like you used a nut instaed of a bung, which isn't a problem, but it looks a little tall. And whenever i use a nut instead of a bung i have to usually cut it in half so the o2 sits in the DP enough
