Awesome write up!
Much more indepth than the one that we've have sitting in the Guide to basic accords. This, and the 6th gen Auto to 5spd writeup, desperately need to be stickied.

I had my converted from auto to manual and I didnt use those 12mm spacers he had. It works fine.... My clutch pedal is sitting a bid deeper i guess from the point where it should be, but it shifts perfectly fine. Good Ass post tho

I didn't take enough pix of the process to do a write up. The H22 swap is too common anyways and almost bolt on...mostly wiring thats hard.

Great info! This will be useful because one of my roomates wants to swap an H22 into his 94 Accord Wagon which is Auto to begin with.

where's phat4drvtec? there really shouldnt be any more questions after all three of our threads.
i forgot to mention that when you do this swap, you need to undo the radiator lines to the tranny (there's two - one in and one out) and take off one and just route the other one around to make it a closed loop. you wont need this for the 5spd tranny.

ive been meaning to add this: you need to disconnect your radiator to tranny hoses and just connect one end of the tranny hose to the other end (essentially creating a loop) you wont need it for the 5spd tranny.

Damn Alan, great thread!!!
I bought a Koyo replacement radiator off ebay. The listing said for auto or manual but it's clearly an auto replacement. At the time I didn't know there was a difference. No big deal though, I'll just loop it as suggested.
