Actually you can ruin an O2 sensor doing that....I would just get another.

i heard that too. i also heard like... put some gasoline on the o2 sensor n jez light it up.. for a lil bitt. it removes the carbon on it. never tried it. but my friend did it to his celica.. and it did clean it... Click the image to open in full size.

Yep, I'm pretty sure that spraying stuff like that on an O2 sensor is bad...no good, no no no. Click the image to open in full size. I would just look into a new one. Better then a cleaned old sensor Click the image to open in full size. Click the image to open in full size.
