hey everyone
heres a link to my pics....

and the back:http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v5...ersideshot.jpg
would it be such a bad idea to put the z6 head on with the dpfi intake manifold? cause the mechanical part is really easy, just a timing belt, an oil plug and a head swap...but i hate wiring so........?

Re: hey everyone (x605)
well hello and welcome... that one pic is super dark but looks clean
Z6 with dpfi is like....
...anything with dpfi. Sllloooowwwwwwwwwwwww. If you have the head where'd the manifold go? You can get one pretty cheap and it's not worth, nor do I even know the possibility of, a dpfi Z6.

Re: hey everyone (x605)
i think it would be severly limited with dpfi, if it's possible. you'll have to do some wiring to activate vtec anyway. you'll also have to modify your distributor to fit on that head. do an mpfi swap first. search mpfi or go to the faq at the top of this forum. there are like 4 mpfi swap links on the second page of the faq. don't be intimidated by wiring. it's not difficult. if you're ready to do a head swap you can do some wiring.
