2003 Accord Stabilizer Bar Bushing Replacement Help
I'm replacing the end links and sway bar bushings on my Accord. The one end link I got off with no trouble, the other is trouble, but nothing a little destruction can't solve. What I can't figure out is how I am supposed to remove the bolts for the sway bar bushing bracket. My Haynes manual is useless for this task, telling me to simply remove them. But the rear set of bolts have no clearance for a wrench or socket; way too snug with the body.
One other forum I found said to pull out the subframe, but offered little guidance on how to do it. It appears straightforward, but of course I have my jack stands on it currently.
Is there any chance of me getting enough wiggle room by just pulling the front bolts off of the brackets? Or is removing the subframe the only way to get at them?
