Default Dead lude need help please

I just got a 1993 prelude turbo set up 850cc injectors aem fuel rail and pressure regulator, I've got a gauge on the rail to watch my pressures and it's running around 40-45 psi which is good, it'll idle all day long I can take off and get into but as soon as I let of the peddle and put clutch in the car drops off and dies a few times it wouldn't start back up and there was no pressure in the rail anymore, I changed the tps and set it I spec 4.5-.5 volts open closed. Any ideas on what else to look for before I start throwing fuel parts at it? Now it won't build fuel pressure at all

first check main relay and fuses, make sure the pump is getting power and priming.

How many k's on the clock?
Looking for a kit also for a 98 vtiR , 210km
Many here (Australia) say running anything other than Low boost is a guaranteed motor blow at that age!

I found the relay and it looked like two of the contacts had cracked so I soldered them back together and it started but same problem when driving I have a new relay coming, is the pump supposed to run with key on or during cranking still no pressure at the rail while cranking

I can hear the pump priming while sitting in the car every once and awhile you can see the fuel pressure go up to 40 then it starts if you crank it, but most times you can prime the pump and the gauge won't get off of 0 I pulled the regulator apart and checked the diaphragm and didn't see any tears in the rubber, so am I looking towards weak pump?

To rule out the main relay you would apply direct power to the pump and keep an eye on the gauge.
