I did some searching and most oil leak I see on forums are from distributor or VTEC solenoid. I have a leak that is anterior to the distributor; more towards the front of the car. It appears like its coming from the black cover on the head. I cleaned the area, drove around the block and took these pictures.

Yep pretty obvious it's the black plastic blank cam seal. There's an o-ring on there that's shot. You can fix it several different ways. If you are feeling really cheap you can take the plug out, degrease everything and put some rtv on the sealing surfaces. Otherwise do it right and get a new one.
