changing manual transmission fluid

changing manual transmission fluid
So i accidentally added MTF to where the arrow points in this picture. Its not the correct fill hole! Is this a problem??
I added two quarts of genuine Honda MTF to this opening. The car shifts smooth. I hear no problems. everything seems to be ok.
Im just trying to make sure this is ok to add fluid to this possible alternative hole???
thanks

If you added two full quarts, you will be a bit overfull (I believe 1.9 qts are needed). Get the car flat and crack the fill bolt... it will drain to the proper level.
You're likely not in any danger, but letting it naturally level out makes adding the right amount pretty much fool-proof.

I wouldn't recommend driving with it overfull. May seem okay now but who is to say what the long term effects are.
Drain the excess from the proper fill hole and call it a day. Once it is a dribble from the fill hole on level ground, it's filled to the proper level.
