Default 2003 CRV LX - Power Locks Failed

I recently replaced both back door lock actuators. I did not buy Honda parts because I assumed the issue would present itself again if I used the same part that failed again like the OEM part. I installed both actuators correctly and until today when I drove the CRV I notice the back locks are not moving period. There making no sound indicating that the motor on the inside of the model is broke or has failed.. BUT NOW I can't manually push the lock down so its not open all the time. All other actuators work 100% just these two..

Any tips would be awesome!

Thank you

pop the panel and check voltage at the molex connector when hitting the lock switch.
