DO IT ON ALL FOURS
Re: how can i supply 12v to ecu without car
Without a simulator I don't know how you would accomplish what you are trying to do. And honestly, if you have to ask how to power it up I would be worried you will do more damage than good. All you need are the common power and grounds hooked up but I don't know what you think that will accomplish without a simulator. I could understand if you had something like an S300 but even still that isn't going to get you far.

Re: how can i supply 12v to ecu without car
Thanks,No need to be worried here... i know its possible just thought someone that knew would help out..
my theory: 12v to ecu read the voltage on the injector driver (all the components) and make sure the numbers match to what they are suppose to be.
if anything ill just plug it in my car.. i just dont want to go through the hassle of removing my ecu 2x or 3 to do it ....

would this work
12v to ecu on PIN A25 (maybe D1 aswell)
Ground to ecu on PIN A23 PIN A24 and PIN B1
power supply: 12 v wall charger adapter... might need a diode aswell

Re: how can i supply 12v to ecu without car
Good point :/ unless i send the same "stimulating" voltage to the injector pins on A1,2,3,5.....too many wires to run..
so ill have to test with it running.. thats going to be hard.. engine dies after 2 sec...
Found this on google i think its made by a user here. I guess it is tested while it was connected to a running engine

You wouldn't be sending any voltage to the injector pins. Those are ground by the driver. Unfortunately you are in WAY over your head on this project. Send it out and have it done professionally. Messing with ECU circuitry is not for the beginner especially when you don't understand the basics of how the board works.

I used to use a spare pc power supply to test my car radio setup. Hooked it all up to make sure everything was wired correctly.
