Do you plan on having less aggressive spring rates for the 06-11 civic's suspension? It shows that 275front and 400 rear are only available. I'd love to pick up a set of these but want something that will be perfect for daily driving without too many complaints from the wife, haha.

Our 8th Gen system is tuned for daily driving with the 275/400 rates. The spring/damper combination is spot on for a fun DD tune. Our reasoning was that so many of the later model cars are truly daily drivers. This is one of our best systems. Each of the springs are wound specific for this kit. The ride and handling improvement is very pronounced. If you set this kit up and do NOT over lower it, the ride is amazing. Add 62.1009 22mm rear sway and a sport alignment, and you are all set. And zero complaints from the wife... Oh, maybe just "slow down!"

It's shown at our sale pricing now. Rather than have a special with a coupon code for this system, we have adjusted our web pricing here:
http://progressauto.com/products/sfI.../productID/746

If you place the item in the shopping cart and enter your zip code, you will get a shippped price. Kits are good-in-stock now.

I have them installed now and I am very happy with them.

I only wish I would have went with the 450/450 setup as I am having scrubbing issues in hard corners at the maximum recommended ride height of 12.5". I run a 15x8 +25 Konig wideopen with 205/50/15 Nitto Neo Gens. sSo the offset is part of my problem, but I didn't scrub as bad at the same ride height with the D2s I just sold. I have considered having 5-10mm machined off the back side of the bolt circle on my wheels to pull them in and make them a +30 - +35 offset.

The 350/350 setup I have rides incredibly well, and handles great too. I'm wondering if a bigger sway bar would help my scrubbing issues by not letting the car roll as much.. I have the factory ex front sway bar on it and no rear at the moment.

Anyways on to the pics.

Progress CS-II's set at 12.5"

rear installed

the stock suspension while i waited on the CS-II's to get here

ride height with the d2s. only scrubbed on large bumps. never scrubbed in hard turns.

LS, a rear sway bar will control the body roll during cornering, but does not limit travel, so slow speed stuff like right turns into driveways will still see full suspension travel. You could try longer (OEM?) bump stops in the rear. If the length is just right, it would raise the spring rate slightly as the wheel travels up into the bump stop. Just a thought...

im more worried about cutting a tire down in a higher speed turn. I took a mountain ride last night and it was scrubbing pretty bad on the hairpin turns. do you think the 450lb springs would help more than a sway bar? Im not concerned with the ride. I actually expected the 350s to be a little stiffer.

i didnt even think about the bump stops. I cut them down to the lower setting as i wasnt sure how low i would be going and didnt want to have to pull it back apart to trim them. maybe thats my problem.

All this aside. I still love my new suspension and will continue to recommend these over anything else.

Tough to say from my desk! The 450# rear springs will help, but the real problem is the wheel offset as you have mentioned earlier. The bump stop change is easy and low buck. Look thru the wheel (at ride height) and see how much shock rod you can see, measure if possible or guesstimate the length of the bump stop you need. Trim and install 'em as needed. You could install your old OEM bump stops if they are OK.

I've had Progress CS2's for about a year now. (350F, 350R)

I'm no photographer, but here are some pictures of my beat up hatch.

When I first lowered it.
11.5" front, 12" rear. Hx's with 185/65/14

New Wheels:
11.75" front, 12" rear. Camber -2ish front, -3ish rear. (Had to raise it because it rubbed a ton with the big tires and 350# spring rates. The ride quality was improved though.)
Rota Jmag 15x7 et40, 195/55/15 Falken Ziex ZE-512.

Crappy picture, but it shows the ride height well.

Overall, I love these coil-overs. I've had no problems with them in the past year, and the ride quality is excellent. Even got my friend to buy a set.

I'm planning on upgrading to 450# front springs, with a 22mm or 24mm rear sway bar this summer (Deciding between progress, and ASR). The front feels too soft with the 350#'s, and I think its about time for a sway bar.

BTW, I'd love progress stickers, I didn't get any
