92 Accord EX cranks but wont start
I recently replaced my head gaskets, distributer cap and rotor. Now that everything is out back together my engine will crank, but never turn over. I've triple checked that everything is plugged in and in its place, but I can't find the problem. The last couple of days it's been raining and the engines gotten wet, could that be the problem? If so, since the weather hasn't improved much lately what can I do? Also I was thinking it might be the fuel system. Is there a way to prime it? Any help would be appreciated!

Check the mechanical timing, then do a compression test. If the compression test is good make sure the distributor connectors are plugged in fully.

Compression is good, connectors are all in place properly, and the distributer is off center rendering installing it 180 degrees reversed impossible.
