Can you point where this vacuum line should be?

I found this hanging under my lude. Can anyone point out where should it be connected?

Looks like the one that would run over to the vacuum box for the intake, that is over by the battery. If you have an aftermarket intake on there, the box can be removed and the nipple that line comes from capped off.

Yea, It looks to be the same as my '93. If so, it runs over to the intake and actuates a door that opens at a certain RPM to allow more air thru the intake system. Mine is deleted as it has an aftermarket intake. From the '93 VECI label, its not an emissions control device. Check the label under the hood on yours to see if Honda changed it for '01.
