2003 Accord Won't start

2003 Accord Won't start
Car has been sitting for a month because it wouldn't start. Spring is here and I want to figure out why. Before it **** the bed it threw a cam shaft pos sensor code i think. Cant remember if it was cam or crank but pretty sure it was cam. Right now it says no dtcs. Here is a video of it cranking over. Sounds like the starter isn't even engaging correctly.

I took the liberty of trying to check the timing now. Took off the vc and am looking at the cam gears. Does anyone have a picture/pdf of what the timing marks are suppose to look like? this is the 2.4l 2003 accord
