GSR tranny completely locked in gear
I have a '94 Integra GSR, all original, no mods, 119k miles and have owned it for about 9 months. The clutch has always slipped a bit and I bought a new one and intend to get it on but I was driving today about 35 mph and heard a strange noise. The gear shifter is now locked in gear. Won't budge without me doing something harmful. Would the clutch just suddenly go out like this?
Thanks,
Jeff

you did put oil in it right hard to say inspect the linkages first but I'm betting the trans is coming off to find out what's wrong. My 2nd guess is bent shift fork but idk if that would lock it.

yeh I haven't done anything with the fluids in the tranny. It shifted very smoothly and no whine up to this point.
Unfortunately even with the car off it will not shift out of 2nd. The clutch pedal feels the same. No abnormal noises or anything other than I have to drive it in 2nd gear.

Honestly I changed every fluid on the car when I bought it EXCEPT the trans fluid. Never had a single drop of anything under it until last week the radiator sprung a leak so I replaced it and the hoses.
