Default Aftermarket Radio Problems

Hey Honda CR-V owners, got a really small but very annoying problem. Couple months ago I bought a Sony BT3100P after market radio for my 2005 Honda CR-V. Everything works perfectly except for one thing, the am/fm on the unit doesnt work. I was hoping someone here has countered this problem or knows why this problem occured. The unit has bluetooth, cd player, aux, and usb. The only reason why I would like the am/fm to work is because my dad uses my car sometimes and he doesnt know how to work any of that stuff.

Might have a powered antenna and its not getting power. Most aftermarket radios have a 12v+ wire dedicated for power antenna.

Do you get anything out of the speakers? Crackling? Other noises?
If you hear nothing then I'm speculating 2 things:
1. bad receiver (did you get it new?)
2. antenna needs separate power (as someone else already mentioned)
Although looking at this picture I don't see anything other than a harness and antenna input.
