Creaking in front end, everything new!

Creaking in front end, everything new!
So I replaced everything in the front end, I drove my car the other day it was fine no sound no noting, I didn't drive it yesterday, then drove it today, half my drive it was fine then I started to hear a very loud creak out of nowhere, when I come to a complete stop, stop and go, turning, I sat on it and jumped around made the noise only pass side, what can it be bad ball joint, something needs greasing?
