My 96' isn't turning. Electronics turn on. New alternator, nee battery, and the starter is good. I had all these tested but it still won't turn. What else should I look at?

When you say " wont turn" do you mean the crank wont or isnt spinning, or it does spin but just wont run?

Is it warm where you live? If so get in uour car turn the key in the on position you should hear a tickx2. If you dont hear these ticks its the main relay. Its located under the dash on the drivers side.

It won't turn it won't run it won't crank nothing. All electronics turn on. My fuses are all good. I'll check the main relay. I can't even get it to run by push starting it.

My first guess would be ignition switch is bad but you're saying the electronics turn on. I would think maybe you blew the ecu fuse. Check for any stored codes.

And the main relay won't prevent the car from cranking. How do you know the starter is good?

Check the thermostat housing ground. See if it's broke, take it off clean it, put it back on. See if it cranks.
