I cannot figure out how to place a call using voice control and the speed dial feature. I have paired a phone to the system and entered 6 speed dial numbers. I tried to "tag" the numbers with a name by voice control but each time the response was "no recording received" I raised my voice, spoke close to the mic, and nothing. So I typed in each name manually. After finishing I pressed the "speak" button on the steering wheel and stated "call XXXXX". Immediately a response appeared stating "there are no contacts stored in this vehicle". So once again I referred to the printed manual where it states that the speed dial feature can be accessed from any screen. I tried again and no success. I then went back to make sure that the contacts I inserted into the speed dial were still there. They were. I had the paired phone with me the whole time. Am I doing something wrong? Any suggestions are welcome and thanks in advance.
