I just picked up a 2006 Acura TL last week. Black & fully loaded with tech package (Navi). I Love the car, but just noticed there is not Aux input!!

I drive 2 hours to and from work daily, so this is something i need for my iPhone (5s). Since i found out the 2007 came with the aux input i went to Acura and picked up the 2007 little aux black plug that goes in the arm rest. searching for days to where i can get the harness for it, no luck. I also purchased a Blitzsafe unit that does bluetooth and also has aux ports. I an not sure how good the sound quality will be streaming music from my iPhone to the car with it.....

I am going to atempt to connect the unit to the stock acura oem aux plug. issued is the plug has 5 pins on the back so not sure how i am going to go from a red ans white plug to that..

am i the only one doing this right now?

2007 was the year the TL received its revision...Minor Interior/Exterior changes were made to the car. Lights, bumpers, and AUX input are a few.

I personally used the GROM interface for my 2006 TL. Its more of a wired setup, but plugs into the back of the head unit.

I believe that blitz adapter plugs into the back of your navigation unit. You unplug the 14 pin connector in the back of the Nav unit, replace it with the blitz male 14 pin plug, then plug the factory acura plug you removed in the beginning into the female 14 pin plug end of the blitz bluetooth adapter.
