Buttonwillow Raceway ITR Meet CA 4/20/14
The last meet we had at Eibach was pretty cool, It was pretty dope of Eibach to have our meet there and would like to thank them again for sharing there facility with us.
At the last meet there was an overwhelming consensus that we should have a track event. After talking to Jared and Tony and going over a few dates, Speed Venture has a day that beginners, intermediate and advance groups can all participate.
To sign up for the event:
1. Create an account with http://speedventures.com/
2. Go to track events and look for 4/20/14 event (Check to see if registration is open)
3. Sign up under appropriate skill level
Well does this mean you have to track "NO". If you don't want to track you don't have to. Just come, meet up and chill like we always do.
Bring some food we can all share for lunch and bring your own drinks. This system has work pretty well for us in the past I don't see any reason to change it.
We can do lunch at 12 noon
So if your coming put up what your bringing and lets have and awesome event like we always do.

This is also one of the HFF Challenge events. HFF is a time trial competition for all front drive Hondas/Acuras and uses a classing points system that has been developed by people like you and I - which means you don't get dinged and put into "unlimited" just for something minor like a relocated battery or carbon fiber hood. Registration for the competition is FREE, and if you place you might get a prize, like JHP/Eibach/Gearspeed bucks or some swag.
Regardless of whether anyone is interested in the competition or not, feel free to come out and hang out with all of us HFF'ers, shoot the ****, go on some ridealongs, get tips/pointers...etc It's a great group of guys!

I'll be there
Just to clarify, registration for the track event will be around $150, and registration for the actually HFF competition is free. Timing is free if you register for the competition. Buttonwillow Raceway Park charges $10 at the gate.

Will there be a section for all the ITRs? I know on a typical Speed Ventures event at Buttonwillow the paddock lane I marked in red (behind tire shop) is empty. Maybe all the ITRs can be grouped there.

Some of the HFF guys usually rent garages, plus Tony often brings the Eibach van and/or ez-ups so we generally congregate in that area. But getting a spot there for a lot more cars would probably be difficult. Really getting any bank all to yourself is going to be hard on a Sunday since there may be people doing both days that are already camped out. But the area you marked would be the easiest since that area fills up last.

It would be nice if this will become an anual event. But, make it happen around "Monterey Car Meet" weeks so we Norcal guys can kill two birds with one stone.
