95 civic radio problems

ok i have a 95 civic dx and i pulled out the fuse wile the radio was on and at the time i didn't know but it was the radio fuse well i put the fuse back in and the radio will not turn back on i don't know what happened. dose anyone know what happened i mean the fuse is alright and everything i just cant find the problem

If the radio was on when you pulled the fuse, you could have burnt something up inside the deck itself.

Did you reinstall the fuse in the correct spot?

Test whether the fuse has voltage on both top test tabs with the key on.

i have checked that already and i didn't see anything wrong like it gets power when i tested it after it all happened
