after getting it all checked out L5 shows distinct herniation and L4 is missing the left vertebrate (5% of the population is born this way) so the combination of the two is extremely painful to the point where I'm taking meds every other day or so because of discomfort and jagged pinching feeling, like if long needles were permanently placed there.

speaking of needles, one of many epidurals i get for the pain:

see bottom (right in to my spine where my crack just begins :goosebumps

i'm pointing out on L4 where the vertebrate is missing (easier to tell in the first pic now that i've pointed it out)

see "20 years of baseball" above.

i see you had a caudal epidual done. you also got some small arthritis going on the right side.

what you have there is spinal bifida. well a form of it.

heres a good one i saved from work this woman is missing the spinous process and part of her lamina on l5 leaving an instability. and facet joint pain plus she had a hernation there.

i see alot of people with this thats why they come here for pain management eventually you may need a fusion because of the instability of that area causing your pain. plus they will have to fix the herniations.

Isn't that awful?

Wait until you're my age and have no muscle mass left to start with.

You end up pretty puny-armed when your doctor tells you that you have to lose weight.

If you think it's bad now, just wait 'til you're 60!

You guys **** me off.

I've been 145-155lbs since high school (I'm now 38).

I can't gain weight no matter what I do.

I give up.
