Default 91' SI Fuel Problems

Ok so I am buying a 91' SI and before I can take it the guy wants to get it running. We believe its a fuel problem... so...
-We blew out the fuel lines
-changed the fuel filter
-changed the fuel pump
and we're not sure what the problem is now... any suggestions on what to do next?

in my crx the fuel pump doesnt come on till the motor is actually turning over, cus with obd0 cars the injectors dont prime until they are told to

and they are told what to do by the distributor

Don't get affended dude, but whoever told you that is wrong. First off, the fuel pump always primes regaurdless what OBD you are....how do you think the fuel gets to the rail for start ups. And two, the distributor tells nothing to the injectors. The ecu controls the the injectors, by reading multiple of things in milli-seconds to spray the adequate fuel. P.O. I'd check the main relay and ignition switch.

The wiring is different, and I think the OBD1 has a sensor or sensors that OBD0 doesn't use. Obviously the OBD1 ecu is meant to have the sensors that are in an OBD1 dizzy, as the OBD0 ecu isn't.
