5Dec11'

Test Fit: Single Wheel on her CR-V Today. Definitely miss Judge the Backspacing (Hits the Brake Caliper) but i'll get them to Work w/ some 15MM Spacers&Extened'd Studs, No Biggie. Vehicle is still at Factory Height. Rubbing doesn't seem bad, just need to do some Trimming&Grind down the Factory Weld Seem inside the Fender Well. (Was inform'd to just Fold over the Factory Pitch Weld instead of Grind'n down)

Specs:
10MM Novus Tech Rim Spacers from Canada
Goodyear Wangler DuraTrac 235-75/15
Pro Comp 52 Series 15x7 4 1/2 BackSpacing

&onto why we would like to Lift her CR-V. Both of our Boys ride Dirt Bikes&we want'd a Vehicle that was Decent get'n through Semi Rough Terrain w/ Add'd Modifications (Lift+Wheels)&still was Reliable Easy to Maintain+Great on MPG.

Here's our Boys Honda CRF50's+i bought my Wife a CRF50 for her own for Christmas. My oldest Son has been Riding since he was 2. Pictures can be Found below, Click Link.

100-7712 should be the ARP part number for those extended studs if I recall correctly. Around $20 a pack.

They are China garbage - get something better/closer to OEM specs.

Correct Part #, Received a Dealski on them for $70 Ship'd/20 Piece from StreetRays.com
Not sure what you mean by China made, ARP's are all made in House USA. There a lot Strong then Skunk2 which were Discontinued or Blox etc. Unless you meant Duralast is Garbage? Lifetime Warranty, buddy is a Store Manager for Autozone&hasn't have any Type of Complaints about them for the 10 Years he's been Employ'd w/ Autozone.

I was talking about the Duralast bearings. They have failed me numerous times as well as the NTP (or whatever) Advance Auto Parts sells as well; many different platforms but the pre-assembled hubs seem to be the worst. A lot of them have dead spots rigjt out of the box. Sad, so for me it's suppliers like Timken, BCA National, OEM, ect... To each their own.

Well, thats why i was asking. I used to work at the parts counter at Part Source here in canada, and we never carried it. We mostly sold national bearings. Ill probably just get oem.

Thanks Guys. I'll be go'n OEM Honda Bearings once her New Engine/Drive-train Platform is Done along w/ Driveshaft Shop Hubs maybe even 36MM Axles up Front but still debating. Have an extra New Gater Axle lay'n around just need to order a New one to have a Complete Pair.

15Jan12'
New Strut Spacers are Finally Done. A couple Coats then Time for install =] Billet Aluminum Product weren't Cost Effective so we opt for Steel. Once the Ironman Lift Coilovers are order'd i'll have some 1.5" Strut Spacers made then Powder Coat'd. These ones will just be Spray Can a couple Coats then install'd. Hoping to have these install'd tomorrow along w/ her Tires. New on the Right vs Old on the Left. Great Craftsmanship.

Not Forsale&don't think my Machinist will put them into Production either. To much Labor Time into this in order to Continue a Turn around Rate. They are pretty Simple to make.

Go to Camel4x4.com they have some Ironman Lift Coil Springs you can Buy which are Cheaper then this Spacers. I'm just Experimenting for now but i'll be order'n a Set of Ironman Coils+1.5" Strut Spacers Combo.

This was just a Mock up. As you can see in the Photo the Coil Spring is Touch'n the Trail'n arm which is why it looks like the Whole Assembly is Bowed. He Cut a Small Notch into the Trail'n Arm&everything is Level again. Once there's actual Pressure/Weight on the Suspension it won't even be Close. I has some New Tokico HP Shocks for Replacement once the Ironman Lift Coils come in as for these Large Strut Spacers are just Temporary use for now.
