Default F22B2 Head on H23A1?!?!?

I have a 95 accord lx with a f22b2 motor i blew a piston and found a f23a1 block out of a 98 acura cl is it possible to put my f22b2 head on the f23a1 block with the f22b2 tranny because the f22b2 head was a performance head while the f22b1 head was not made for performance?

None of them were made for performance, but yes B2 head is slight better flowing. You should be able to put any F/H head on any F/H block (except the F20C and F22C).

The F23 block should match up to your head and tranny. The B2 head isn't a performance head, compared to the B1 head, which is VTEC IIRC.
