RP Racing got something like 251 or so and ran mid 11's in his drag ITR. That's the most I've seen from a B18c5 motor using an LS crank and bored to a 2.0L. Prob higher numbers out there but this is pretty good number to shoot for.

Never boost a b18c5, all N/A set of cams/springs/retainers/valves... should be plenty for a DD car, o yea and a fluidampner... bring the redline up and get a good tune...

I'm with this guy. To get 250 whp takes a butt load of money. If I do boost my R it will be with another B series motor I have. I will keep the C5 put away for some day I might want to return it to the car.

HEY OP, ACCORDING TO THESE GUYS, THE ANSWER TO YOUR QUESTION OF HOW MUCH N/A POWER YOU CAN MAKE IN A B18C5 IS----> IT WILL COST TOO MUCH MONEY TO MAKE AS MUCH N/A POWER AS YOU CAN IN A B18C5.

I guess the best thing OP can do is I/H/E + tune (not on stock ECU, please). Then, he can go TB and IM, then cams/cam gears, valves, pistons, rods, crankshaft, fuel system, sleeves, overbore .2L, etc. <---- close to (if not more than) $10,000 right there. Not money you should spend on ANY car you don't intend on tracking on a weekly basis.
I guess what he could do after I/H/E is get a lighter flywheel and an ATS 4.9 f/d. The acceleration from the quicker f/d could be what he is looking for. I know I want to get a JDM 4.7 in my trans, but I'm not gunna get one until I need to fix something else in my transmission.
