Default Hesitation on first acceleration?

Hey guys i have a 95 honda civic 1.5 d series. Its all stock its my girlfriends dd. Its a automatic. Ok she starts it up and lets it warm up all the way. Then when she drives out of the driveway going through first it'll hesitate almost to the point of stalling. Some times are worse than others. After it hesitates it usually doesn't do it again and drives great for the rest of the time driving. But if we turn it off then wait about ten minutes and then drive it again it'll bog. Like i said it also does not do it all the time, just most of the time. I searched and did not see anything that relates to my problem. Does anyone know what the problem could be? Thanks alot guys!

There should be no need to warm the engine up before driving. That's generally just a waste of fuel.

When were the plugs, wires, cap, and rotor last replaced? Is the ignition timing set to spec?

Any CEL codes?

The cel is not on no. And the plugs were replaced about a year ago and the wires and the cap and rotor I have no clue. Not sure on ignition timing neither. But if it were any of them it would do it throughout the whole drive wouldn't it?

Does the CEL work?

Not necessarily. Sounds like a basic ignition system tune up is way past due.

Yes the cel works. Is there away to check for codes? And ya we will be doing a complete time up soon and see if that works.
