Default trouble code P0325

So my check engine light was on I got this code and decided I would replace the knock sensor myself. I spent a whole day taking the intake manifold off to get to the damn thing and replaced it with a brand new one. I get everything hooked back up and take the car out for a spin and bloop the check engine light is back on with the same code. My tags are now expired and cant pass emissions with the light being on. What other possible issues could cause this? It starts fine runs fine. I just had the exhaust replaced (cat back, muffler) cuz there was a hole in it. cleared the code again after having it fixed light still came back on...

Make sure it's seated all the way in properly, check to make sure there are not shorts in the sensor wire.

ok thanks. Hopefully it's just the wire because I think I can get to that w/o taking the manifold off again.

^The wire can be reached without getting off the mani.

Why the hell did it take you so long? It's 8 bolts and like two coolant lines.

No offense, but the first time I ever did it, it took me 15 minutes.

Granted, i was not intoxicated.
