looks good, i enjoy seeing this kind of work on a conventional platform, makes you think what you can do to your own.

Ken, despite our differences, I must give credit where credit is due.

That intake manifold is shaping up wonderfully.

Kudos.

I know it has been asked, but have you worked out what the final volume is going to be?

The manifold looks nice but I really wanted to see the RSX Creepfest Tuning Challenge at iMW and win a free manifold

I have to agree. The problem is nobody wants to wait. Craftsmanship takes time. Rushing is not a formula for success. I'm run off my feet because guys are finally seeing the light.
Want the same as everybody else? If not, get it built by a local fabricator and watch your friends get giddy with envy.
Nice job on this so far, I know how tedious hand-working metal can be.

I'll definitly measure the total plenum volume and catchcan capacity for you guys as soon as its all welded up. got the back half of the plenum roughed out and matched up, so should be very soon

By the looks of the english wheel pic, looks like .065" or .090" aluminum, right? That's a lot of surface area on the intake manifold. Going to put studs in it to keep it from ballooning?

I thought that as well Tony. After using the planishing hammer it will thin out the material, but it should be uniform if done right. It would be interesting to see how much the difference in thickness is from the beginning and the end.

I think I remember that too ?
I have a bad habit of putting the filler rod in my mouth while Iam moving a part or what not. I have burnt my lips too many times.
