Can some one PLEEEEASE tell me how to take off the vin plate on the driver door jamb on a civic hatch the thing holding it turns but doesnt come out and i removed the driver seatbelt and nothing im getting a fresh paintjob so everything counts for me thanks

I still have a 1990-91 std gauge cluster. If anyone wants it, $10 + shipping for a fully functional cluster. I took it out of my hatch when I upgraded.
