had the same problem 5 months ago, it was warped rotors. I bought some brembo blank rotors and the problem went away.

all you have to do is take your rotors off and go to a place around town that will turn them for you. easy fix no need to buy new ones and waste more money. O'Reilly auto parts turns them near me. if that helps

Thank you all. The rotors were turned about 20k miles ago and at that time I replaced the pads with new ones. While I expected this to eventually happen, I did not think it would happen so soon after changing the pads. I am going to check the wheel bearings and upgrade to brembo rotors w/new pads. I will post the results once this is done.

I had this problem once and the culprit was a bubble/bump on one of the tires. Check your tires for any bubbles or bumps.
